Our Approach

We believe strong clinical practice grows through reflection, collaboration, and supportive professional relationships. Our mentoring model is practical, respectful, and non-judgemental, with a focus on building confidence, clinical reasoning, and independence rather than dependence.

Our aim is to support speech pathologists to:

  • Feel confident in literacy assessment and diagnosis

  • Deliver structured and effective intervention

  • Communicate clearly with families and schools

  • Develop sustainable systems and resources for their own practice

  • Continue growing as reflective, evidence-based clinicians

Get in touch

If you are a speech pathologist seeking mentoring or collaborative support in literacy assessment and intervention, please contact us to discuss your needs. We would be happy to develop a mentoring plan that aligns with your clinical interests, workload, and professional development goals.

Professional Learning & Sharing (PL&S) Nights

We also host Professional Learning & Sharing (PL&S) evenings throughout the year and following expressed interest, we are now opening these to speech pathologists outside our clinic.

These sessions provide an opportunity to hear from other clinicians, share ideas and resources, and connect with speech pathologists across Perth in a relaxed, supportive setting.

Invitations are sent out prior to each event. A small attendance fee may apply to cover room hire if required. If you would like to be notified about upcoming PL&S evenings, please fill out the form below to join our mailing list for events.
